Purpose:
A wireless flash trigger + receiver would allow you to fire a speedlight(s) without it being connected to the camera's hot shoe. That would let you move your lights around, but still make them fire at the same time as your shutter is open (when you take the picture).
Price: $22.45
Purpose:
These are commonly known (in the photography realm) as gels, though they're not really gel. They're flexible pieces of plastic, almost like plastic wrap but a little thicker, that go over your flash to change the tint of your light. For example, you might point the flash at a white background and get an effect similar to this. Or you might just use it to warm or cool your photo slightly.
Price: $11.49
Purpose:
Once one is able to fire a speedlight off camera, then the next logical step is to put it on a stand, which is what this is. A stand, a mounting bracket, and an umbrella. The umbrella is to diffuse the flash and make the lighting "softer" and more flattering. For example.
Price: $32.00
Purpose:
Hey, it's a new camera lens! The purpose is to take pictures. But this particular lens is different from the one I have now in that it's is not a zoom lens, which means I cannot zoom in and out, I have to get physically closer or farther. That being said, because it's not tasked with taken good pictures at several different zoom levels (a.k.a focal lengths) it can redirect all that potential to taking awesome pictures at one focal length. I've seen this lens recommended again and again on several different photography sites, especially as a portrait lens.
It's also said to be "the best bang for your buck" as it's one of the cheapest (Canon brand, not knockoff) lenses on the market.
